Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may relax and enjoy your time with us. We regret that we may be unable to extend your appointment time should you arrive late.

Recommended but not required for first time guest.
Cancellation Policy
The services you have selected have been personalized with one of our professionals. A 24-hour cancellation notice is requested. Spa and Smoothing appointments must be booked with a credit card to secure time and date due to our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, if appointments are cancelled without advanced notice the card used to make the reservation will be charged for 50% of the scheduled price.
